Policy
Arrival
• No caffeine the morning of your appointment.
• Prior to your appointment please don't groom your brow hairs.
• If you are doing lip blush please keep your lips moist and unchapped during your appointment.
• If you have any previous viral lip outbreaks or cold sores you will need to go on anti-viral medication 3-4 days prior to your appointment.
Procedure
• Your procedure will not start until you have agreed on a shape that is flattering to your facial features. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the procedure you choose (eyebrows, lips, and/or eyeliner) before the procedure begins and before leaving the studio.
• Everyone is different and responds to topical numbing differently.
• The amount you bleed will affect the outcome result and therefore, may require additional sessions to achieve the desired result.
• No phone usage during the procedure to lessen any distractions to the artist.
Expectations
• Please have realistic expectations. We can only work with what we are given. (i.e. the shape and darkness of your previous tattoo, the amount of hair you have, your brow muscles, your brow bones, and your skin condition.)
NONREFUNDABLE service
• We cannot guarantee 100% successful result to our clients because everyone’s skin takes in permanent makeup differently.
• There are also no refunds as we have carried out the services.
- All deposits are made final and are non-refundable.
- Deposits are transferable if you need to reschedule to another date or if you need to cancel to re-book at a later time; before 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.
- Should you choose to cancel or reschedule during the 72-hour time frame, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to send another deposit to re-book. Each client is allowed one reschedule before 72 hours.
- NO SHOWS will automatically lose their deposit and will not be able to book in the future.
- If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit will result in a forfeiture; a second deposit will be required to re-book.
- Only 1 guest is allowed .NO , kids, pets are allowed at the studio due to possible risk of cross contamination and/or any unwanted distractions.
Photos
• Photos taken of you before, during, and after your enhancement may be used for marketing purposes. Your pictures may appear on our social media pages and websites.
Touch-ups
• Touchups are not included.
• Touchup pricing is determined by the timeframe you return for details and pricing.
• Touchup sessions are not to change the shape of the initial appointment. If you would like to change the shape of your enhancement during your touchup appointment, you will be charged accordingly for the service.
• A touchup session is recommended for 4-8 weeks from the initial session to ensure the desired result. On rare occasions, a client may need a third or fourth session due to having a skin type that is more resistant. The client will be charged accordingly.

• To ensure you are satisfied with your service we request that you carefully look at the shape and color before we start the service. Once the decision is made, the look you chose will be final. After leaving our salon we are not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color so please make sure you are final with your decision. Any desired changes made to the shape or color after leaving our salon will result in extra charges.
